Component packages incorporate anywhere from two conductive leads to hundreds of leads. Diverse arrays of electrical component packages and their associated footprints exist on the market today.

Footprints describe the conductive interfaces where electrical components mate with the PCB. Other Ultra Librarian files for individual part numbers can be found using the products filter or text filter below.Part of circuit board design is creation of component footprints. Note: The following table shows the Ultra Librarian files which are available for 8-bit and 32-bit microcontroller, interface, sensors, and wireless MCU product families in combined archive (.zip) files, along with a manifest which lists all of the Ultra Librarian files available in each product family. Export the file to your desired PCB/CAD file format with the reader.Download the appropriate schematic file from the resource library below.Download and install the Ultra-Librarian Reader. You must verify the results of the file export against the published data sheet prior to building your board. Silicon Labs makes no warranty or guarantee regarding their use. bxl files are provided as-is to assist you in your designs. These parametric data components allow you to reliably create consistent CAD entities to an established standard with minimal effort and significant time savings. It also allows you to export these symbols and footprints to other CAD tools using the Ultra Librarian software. The Ultra Librarian software is a free downloadable reader which allows the user to view the '.bxl' files. Both PCB footprints and schematic symbols are available for download in a vendor neutral format which can then be exported to the leading EDA CAD/CAE design tools using the Ultra Librarian Free Reader. Silicon Labs offers Ultra Librarian schematic symbols and PCB footprints for Silicon Labs’ products.
